• Open In Web Browser – The link will open in the web browser after you scan the Melody Tag. Some web browsers will allow you re-direct your link to the app.
• Open In App (Experimental) – This allows users to be directly prompted for “Open Link In-App” after scanning the Melody Tag. Do note that this may not work on some of the devices.

If you have an issue using your Melody Tag or you realized that the link does not work for you, email hello@melodytag.com or contact us via the e-commerce channel to have your link behavior replaced with the web browser method.

The Read Only option disables the user from changing the function or link of the NFC tag. In other words, the link or function of NFC will be staying forever. This might benefit companies or users that promote brand awareness which disallows users from changing the function or link of the Tag. However, for normal usage, we don’t recommend ticking the box as the Melody Tag can be re-purposed for other uses instead: learn more here.

It might be due to system settings, operating systems, or web browser issues that do not open the specific link in the app. It is advised to install Microsoft Edge to be able to Open the App. Select Microsoft Edge after scanning the Melody Tag, then select Open in External App.

If you change your mind about your order, please email us at hello@melodytag.com with your order number and details within the next six (6) hours after an order has been placed. We will not entertain any order cancellation after six (6) hours as the order has been processed.

In the event of any approved cancellation, you will be getting a full refund excluding 2-5% of the payment processing fees depending on payment type.

We would suggest you cancel the current order and place a new order to include the correct address if the order is within the next 6 hours after placing an order. • Download NFC Tools App (with the orange icon) on your mobile phone. Open the App and under the READ section, put your Melody Tag close to your phone. Click on the Serial number column and select “Copy to clipboard”.
